Role Description
In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die Planungs-Einheiten bei allen Außentiefbaumaßnahmen, z.B. Abwassersystemen, Straße und Parkplätzen planen, Infrastruktur-Planning etc. Sie sind den HOAI und DIN-Normen vertraut sein, die sich auf die Planung, Genehmigung und den Bau aller Aspekte von Tiefbauprojekten beziehen.
- Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung und -bearbeitung von Tiefbau- und Erschließungsmaßnahmen
- Tiefbautechnische Planung und Betreuung von Ingenieurbauprojekten
- Projektkalkulation, -controlling und –abrechnung
- Planung von der Machbarkeitsstudie bis zur Ausführungsplanung/ Ausschreibung
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Tiefbau bzw. Erschließungsmaßnahmen im Deutschland
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im MS Office und AutoCAD sowie gute Kenntnisse in VOB, HOAI und Civil 3D
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
