Role Description

Heartbeat AI is our energy optimisation platform that always provides our customers with the cleanest and cheapest energy. As Chief of Staff to the Go-to-Market Director, you are the operational backbone that keeps the go-to-market engine running at full speed across all markets. You own the details, the data, and the day-to-day execution, freeing the Go-to-Market Director to focus on strategy and the bigger picture, while you make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

• You own the operational rhythm of the Go-to-Market Director's agenda, translating strategic priorities into concrete plans, timelines, and next-day action items.
• You track performance data and KPIs across all markets, spotting issues early and surfacing clear, decision-ready insights before being asked.
• You bring structure to ambiguity, designing the project management architecture, systems, and processes that keep complex, multi-market initiatives moving without anything getting lost.
• You proactively identify what needs to happen next, take ownership of it end to end, and know when to bring in the Go-to-Market Director to support or guide.
• You prepare briefings, reports, and presentations that turn complex data into clear narratives for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• You coordinate closely with Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing across markets, following up on commitments and ensuring cross-functional initiatives stay on track.
• You act as a trusted right hand, representing the Go-to-Market Director's priorities accurately in conversations and correspondence.
• You constantly look for ways to improve how the Go-to-Market function operates, bringing structure and rigour to a fast-moving, scaling environment.

Qualifications

• You bring at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, business operations, analyst, or similar high-rigour role, ideally within tech, scale-ups, or energy.
• You are exceptionally detail-oriented and accurate, with a natural instinct for catching what others miss.
• You are proactive by nature: you don't wait to be told what to do, you anticipate what's needed, take initiative, and only ask for help or authority when it genuinely matters.
• You have strong project management skills, able to build the architecture and structure that keeps complex, multi-market projects on track.
• You are highly structured and organised by default, able to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines without losing the thread.
• You are strong with data and analytics, comfortable turning numbers into clear, actionable insight.
• You are a fast, reliable executor who thrives on turning big-picture priorities into next-day, on-the-ground action.
• Fluency in German and English (C1/C2) is required, written and verbal.
