Role Description

The Chief Banking Officer (CBO) is a key member of the Bank’s Executive Leadership Team responsible for driving growth, profitability, and customer engagement across all business lines. The CBO provides strategic direction, leadership, and oversight of the Bank’s retail, wealth management, insurance, and commercial banking divisions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and long-term strategic plan.

Our client is a community bank group that is under $1B in assets and has locations in the Upper Midwest.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of banking management experience
• Experience in both Commercial and Retail Banking
• Must be living in the upper Midwest/Central Plain States
