[Hiring] Chargeback Dispute Specialist @Nexi Group

Role Description

As a Chargeback Dispute Senior Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Rzeszów.

In this position, you will:

• Handle chargeback cases for POS and eCommerce transactions
• Manage BLIK-related cases and inquiries
• Apply and maintain knowledge of payment schemes (Visa, Mastercard) regulations related to chargebacks
• Prepare team statistics and reports upon request of the supervisor
• Support and train junior specialists in daily operations
• Create training materials and documentation
• Participate in online training sessions organized by Payment Schemes
• Monitor and verify updates in Payment Scheme regulations for POS and eCommerce, ensuring proper implementation in daily operations in cooperation with Card Scheme Compliance
• Coordinate team activities in the absence of the supervisor
• Support the supervisor in ongoing operational tasks
• Independently represent the team in internal and cross-functional meetings

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in chargeback processes
• Completed Visa/Mastercard training in chargebacks
• Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to share knowledge
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Very good knowledge of Payment Scheme regulations (especially Visa and Mastercard)
• Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously develop skills
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level and fluent Polish

Requirements

• Experience with eCommerce chargeback processing
• Knowledge of and experience working with Salesforce
