[Hiring] Change Management and Business Innovation Field Support Lead @World Food Programme

Role Description

The Change Management and Business Innovation Field Support Lead will be responsible for executing business innovation projects and managing overall innovation and change management priorities. The role includes being part of the BIU leadership team and engaging in various activities related to field support.

Qualifications

• Preference for a degree in business, economics, or engineering.
• At least six years of work experience in management consulting, change management, investment banking, or private equity.
• Additional previous experience in an international organization is necessary.

Requirements

• Broad knowledge and/or experience of change management and business innovation with a focus on field support.
• Broad knowledge of best practices and techniques for process optimization processes (e.g., strategic planning, sourcing, logistics, finance processes, performance management).
• Expert written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage various audiences.
• Advanced analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative, including proficiency in Excel and producing high-quality written materials.
• Self-starter with proven ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams and clients.
• Ability to identify client needs and match them to appropriate and innovative solutions.
• Fully committed and motivated to achieve the aims of the UN World Food Programme.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of a second UN language is a plus.
