Role Description

The role ensures key operational certification delivery activities, including course setup, registration, instructor coordination, attendance, reporting, and learning-partner engagement, enabling partners and HPE technical professionals to validate their skills through globally recognized, industry-grade certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end training operations, including course setup, registration, communications, attendance, revenue tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate business data, Learning Partner inventories, instructor agreements, and training records.
• Coordinate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs with instructors and Learning Partners.
• Support certification campaigns, including exam vouchers and study materials.
• Support high-volume certification delivery at global events, including Tech Jam, HPE Discover, and partner conferences.
• Coordinate exam readiness, operational logistics, and vendor support for large-scale certification testing centers.
• Ensure certification operations can scale to support thousands of exam deliveries annually.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in certification delivery program operations.
• First-level university degree; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years managing certification exam development or assessment programs.
• Experience managing complex global programs and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in certification exam design, competency modeling, and blueprint development.
• Familiarity with psychometric analysis and exam quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience working with certification vendors and testing delivery platforms (e.g., Pearson VUE).
• Strong understanding of technical certification programs and partner enablement ecosystems.
• Excellent project management and program governance skills.
• Ability to work with globally distributed subject matter experts and virtual teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to balance strategic certification design with operational program execution.
