Role Description

The CSO System Administrator is responsible for elevating the effectiveness of scheduling and staffing across the system. Key responsibilities include:

• Development of scheduling and staffing workflows
• Best practices identification
• Identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes
• Implementation and maintenance of the enterprise scheduling software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or health related discipline Required
• In lieu of degree, four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement Required

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare operational role Required
• In lieu of degree, a total of five (5) years of experience Required
