[Hiring] Central Clinical Pathways Coordinator @Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust

Role Description

The Central Clinical Pathways Coordinator based in the Clinical Quality Directorate will ensure the robust governance of clinical referral pathways, communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, manage projects and workstreams for the improvement and development of pathways, produce reports and presentations on the effectiveness of clinical pathways, audit and maintain a directory of pathways for clinical staff, and provide comprehensive coordination support to colleagues in the Clinical Pathways Team.

Your main duties will include:

• Coordinating projects and workstreams, independently managing agreed elements and tracking progress, deadlines and actions.
• Maintaining an accurate, up-to-date clinical pathways directory and managing information-sharing sites and databases.
• Working with internal teams and external partners to coordinate pathway updates and support governance requirements, including risk assessments, impact assessments and data-sharing agreements.
• Collecting, analysing and presenting clinical and service information to support audits, pathway development and improvement.
• Preparing reports, briefings and presentations for a range of audiences, including senior leaders, the Executive Team and Trust Board.
• Organising and supporting meetings, coordinating papers, recording discussions and following up actions.
• Managing enquiries and supporting team planning and prioritisation to ensure key objectives and milestones are achieved.
