Role Description
Join our International Operations team in Barcelona, drive in the Cash Payment world supporting our clients' challenges and engage in collaborative projects within a vast networking connecting hubs including Berlin and India.
- Responsible for responding to ad-hoc issues or client queries on a timely basis, ensuring all communications have been responded to accurately.
- Identify, mitigate risks in the manual procedures and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit and regulatory requirements.
- Handle the day-to-day processing of middle office tasks.
- Actively supports transformation and/or optimization initiatives to improve the efficiency/effectiveness of the process.
- Produce and manage MIS, internal reports and statistics of department activities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics or Law would be suitable.
- High level in English/Spanish communication and skilled at collaborating with diverse international teams.
- Excellent skills in MS-Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Banking expertise is valued.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, focused on quality and issues resolution.
