As a Remote Career Development Representative, you will:

• Connect with individuals through scheduled virtual appointments
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Educate clients on available benefit options and guide them through the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate digital records and appointment schedules
• Collaborate with team members while managing your responsibilities independently
• Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development
• Continuously improve your skills while contributing to a high-performing remote team

• Customer service, healthcare, education, hospitality, recruiting, retail, financial services, or sales experience is helpful—but not required
