• Support Programs and Events:
  • Plan and schedule program components.
  • Maintain timelines and drive implementation tasks forward.
  • Manage shared documents and project trackers.
  • Coordinate contracts and meeting logistics.
  • Organize materials and resources.
  • Help plan and execute events.
  • Ensure every detail aligns with established processes and quality expectations.
  • Keep fellow team members supported and on track.
• Support Communications and Outreach:
  • Conduct proactive outreach to current and prospective sponsors and supporters.
  • Share information, encourage participation, and build awareness for programs.
  • Create or curate content for publications, social media, and the website.
  • Send targeted emails to key groups.
  • Manage event registrations.
  • Help develop promotional materials and engagement strategies that boost visibility for our initiatives.
• Maintain Data and Metrics:
  • Maintain program data systems, dashboards, and contact lists across multiple platforms.
  • Support data collection and reporting by updating records.
  • Organize data views and generate reports.
  • Prepare clear summaries that help the team measure progress and make informed decisions.
