[Hiring] Capacity Building Consultant @IOM

Role Description

This opportunity is open exclusively to international consultants, and the consultancy position will be performed remotely.

The Capacity Building Specialist (Protection) will be responsible for:

• Developing capacity building materials for Implementing Partners (IPs) and other relevant organizations and government entities on protection topics, including but not limited to:
• General protection
• Protection case management
• Community-based protection
• Gender-based violence
• Referrals
• Trafficking in persons
• Data protection
• Disability inclusion
• Working closely with relevant colleagues to develop materials and deliver trainings to partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in capacity building and training delivery.
• Strong understanding of protection topics and frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing training materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
