Role Description

Supports procurement operations by managing purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and expense systems. Works closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure efficient purchasing processes and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and maintain punchout catalogs in Workday.
• Support vendor onboarding and maintain vendor records and billing profiles.
• Resolve issues related to POs, invoices, and vendor discrepancies.
• Administer and support the Concur Travel & Expense (T&E) system, including user setup and training.
• Analyze and audit expense reports to identify trends, compliance issues, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in improving procurement and expense management processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or indirect sourcing.
• Experience with Concur system administration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Salary Range: $66,500.00 - $92,000.00
• Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
