Role Description

You will partner with stakeholders to drive decisions for complex projects, collaborate on process updates, and develop communication tactics. You will network with technical and non-technical teams to define high level requirements to improve quality, efficiency, and the effectiveness of products and services. Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategies, clarify approach to business stakeholders, and gain acceptance across both technical and business teams.
• Determine readiness and flexibility of teams for upcoming changes while listening for resistance.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication and training plans.
• Facilitate information gathering and assess results, comparing current state with the desired future state, providing gap analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Drive advocacy for improvement leveraging data, feedback, and constant engagement with associates of all levels.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in business analysis or project management with a focus on change management.
• Experience applying processes, tools, and techniques to meet or exceed business objectives including familiarity with change management and Agile Scrum processes.
• Experience delivering projects on time with clear organization and high attention to detail.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to all levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt in a rapidly changing environment. Strong learning and critical thinking skills.
• You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
• Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in group insurance.
• Experience supporting leaders and teams through complex changes.
• Experience working with development and engineering teams.

Salary and Benefits

• Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
• Business Systems Consultant I: $80,000 - $95,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
• Business Systems Consultant II: $93,000 - $103,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
• 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
• Work-life balance with vacation, personal time, and paid holidays.
