[Hiring] Business Systems Analyst, HR @Plaid

Role Description
This role involves supporting People Technology processes such as identifying needs, implementing, configuring, testing, and administering Plaid's People platforms. Additionally, this role will help determine how to increase impact by leveraging systems functionality while delivering best-in-class employee experiences that support the company's growth.
- Day-to-day management of Workday, including configuration, security and audits, reports management, mass data requests, integrations management, compliance
- Assist, train and mentor XFN’s & Plaid’s on use of tools
- Work cross-functionally to support end-to-end development and implementation of system solutions, ensuring clear requirements, technical accuracy & compliance
- Support and maintain process & project documentation
- Special Projects (e.g., M&As, office expansion, system implementation & integrations)
- Optimization: reporting & dashboards, enhancements and new capabilities, improving end-user experience
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of Workday experience
- 5 years of experience on a HR Systems, People Operations or Business Systems Team
- Functional expertise in at least 2-3 Workday modules: Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR, Payroll, Reporting & Security, Time Tracking
- Technical expertise in configuring and customizing Workday, including creating reports, dashboards, and simple integrations
- Experience in managing HR technology-enabled projects and implementations
- Experience in providing training and support to end-users, including creating user guides and conducting training sessions
- Experience managing or integrating with other HR or business systems including Recruiting, Talent Management, Data and Reporting, Headcount Management, etc.
Requirements
- AI experience in HR Technology, experience with Lever, Lattice, iPaaS/middleware (Tray, Aragorn, etc.), SOX and/or internal IT control experience
