Our Enterprise Applications team enables Akamai staff to deliver outstanding customer service through streamlined workflows. This global team collaborates across departments, automating processes and creating a unified framework of enterprise applications. Those efforts drive Akamai's growth and operational efficiency, resulting in significant cost savings for the organization.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will operate globally, bridging stakeholders and delivery teams to implement solutions. You will offer expert advice, foster collaboration, and ensure successful delivery of business-driven initiatives.

• Analyzing business problems with stakeholders, recommending scalable solutions to support organizational goal achievement.
• Facilitating requirement discussions, capturing thorough business and functional needs, and presenting them effectively to stakeholders and teams.
• Collaborating with developers, architects, managers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions meeting business needs.
• Coordinating and leading user acceptance testing and resolving user issues post go-live.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience, and a Bachelor's degree in STEM field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years experience in a Business Systems Analyst role for enterprise-class systems.
• 3+ years experience writing business and functional requirements.
• 2+ years experience with Salesforce CRM platform.
• Demonstrate exceptional business communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders, and internal teams.
