Role Description

As our Business Solution Consultant / Senior Proposal Manager, you'll transform complex business and technical information into persuasive, compliant proposals and pursuit materials that clearly demonstrate the value of our enterprise SaaS platform.

• Own a standardized Lead to Close process for Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Manage the end-to-end response process for customer-facing procurement activities.
• Coordinate kickoff, content development, reviews, and final delivery across all stages of the pursuit.
• Partner closely with Sales, Presales, Services, Product Management, Legal, Security, and Executive Leadership.
• Take ownership of complex, multi-stage pursuits in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7 plus years of proposal management, proposal writing, or RFx experience supporting enterprise software or SaaS sales organizations.
• Hands-on experience orchestrating complex, multi-stage enterprise pursuits (RFP, demos, BAFO).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and business communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent proposals.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Presales, Product, Services, Legal, Security, and Executive stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise RFP and RFI responses from kickoff through submission.
• Experience with proposal management platforms such as Loopio, Responsive (RFPIO), Qvidian, or similar solutions.
• Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision and consistently delivers high-quality work.
• Demonstrated ability to work with AI-enabled proposal and research tools.
