[Hiring] Business Process Lead @Kaseya

Role Description

The Business Process Lead, Finance & Corporate Services owns the end-to-end design of our financial and administrative back-office processes, including:

• Financial close and reporting
• Procurement
• Tax
• Supply chain operations
• Hardware fulfillment
• Human resources operations
• Sales compensation administration

This role acts as the connective tissue between Finance, HR, and Supply Chain leadership and the technology teams that build supporting systems. It requires heavy partnership with business and technology leads rather than direct authority.

This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role that includes:

• Facilitating working sessions
• Mapping processes
• Writing requirements
• Staying engaged through delivery and adoption

Deep specialist expertise in every domain is not expected; the core skill required is the ability to establish consistent standards, prioritize effectively, and drive improvement across different process areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a detailed decomposition of Record to Report, Direct Tax and Tax Compliance, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Operations, hardware fulfillment, Hire to Retire, and Sales Compensation Management capabilities.
• Facilitate structured working sessions with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders to document current processes and design future processes.
• Translate future-state process designs into system requirements and partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads through design, build, and testing.
• Support two parallel delivery tracks: current systems and next-generation platform build.
• Own change management, enablement, and adoption for process changes, including stakeholder impact assessment and training materials.
• Maintain documented agreements at shared boundaries with peer Business Process Leads.
• Own the capability design for sales compensation and hardware fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing or improving month-end close and record-to-report processes in a multi-entity ERP environment.
• 5+ years of experience in business process design, business analysis, business architecture, or operations in a relevant domain.
• Demonstrated experience decomposing business capabilities into detailed, multi-level structures.
• Strong facilitation skills with cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Experience translating business process requirements into system requirements for a technical delivery team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with physical fulfillment and supply chain process design.
• Sales compensation process design experience.
• Procure-to-pay process design experience.
• Direct tax process and statutory reporting experience.
• HR operations process design experience.
• Treasury and cash management process design experience.
• Experience with Oracle, NetSuite, Oracle EPM, and incentive compensation platforms.
