BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST SME

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Business Process Analyst SME at GDIT. Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Program Management.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

• Support analysis of business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems and position GDIT as a strategic delivery partner.
• Participate in all phases of the capture and growth life-cycle, providing the “voice of the customer”, including reviews and proposal and content development, helping GDIT continue to grow and expand the portfolio.
• Collaborate with business and technology leadership teams on strategic initiatives.
• Drive alignment of GDIT capabilities to client needs.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Department of State processes and priorities to provide expertise on continuous process improvement opportunities and strategies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 10+ years of related experience

Requirements

• In-depth leadership experience supporting programs at CA.
• Proven experience leading dynamic mission-focused teams.
• Strong strategic development and implementation experience, directing large teams to improve efficiency and compliance with regulatory changes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to strategically assess clients' business and identify improvement opportunities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and ability to work independently with limited direction.
