This position serves as the Corporate Business Management focal point for business process excellence. This individual will support project assessments between technology teams and the business, facilitating, developing, and driving business processes and solutions. Given evolving demands, requirements, and technology, the role requires diplomacy and flexibility to balance requirements, efficiency, quality and compliance.

In this job, you will:

• Support the Corporate Business Management Process Excellence team focusing on business and technical processes related to Business Management.
• Define requirements and business cases for technological developments.
• Coordinate with business functions and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as output requirements, data, and system techniques and controls.
• Support efforts to identify opportunities for technology insertion for operational efficiency and automation.
• Assist business management functional leads to drive standardization and process harmonization while ensuring business needs are met.
• Assist in identifying process pain points, assess change opportunities and determine the cost/benefit of implementation.
• Assist in tracking projects, project status, and value metrics.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Understanding of and ability to document a business process.
• Critical thinking skills to support troubleshooting and process design.
• Ability to comprehend a policy and translate into a process flow.
• Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant business process analysis professional experience – OR – Master’s degree.
• Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree for candidates that possess relevant business process analysis experience.
• Experience with SAP S4 and/or Costpoint.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), ServiceNow, Tableau and/or Power BI.
