[Hiring] Business Operations Manager @Inaza

Role Description

As Inaza scales, we are hiring an autonomous, commercially sharp Business Operations Lead to act as an executive partner alongside the CEO. This is an end-to-end execution role designed for a high-initiative operator. You are responsible for client relationship stewardship, post-sale deal progression, technology partnerships, and business operations.

• Manage enterprise client meetings.
• Own the commercial and administrative lifecycle of deals.
• Forge strategic alliances with complementary technology providers.
• Ensure seamless alignment between our Account Executives (Sales) and Delivery Lead (Technical Deployment).
• Lead to a successful implementation of Inaza technology and achieving the budgeted commercial targets for Inaza.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in consulting, international enterprise business operations in USA and Europe, operations, strategic partnerships, corporate client success, or account management.
• Previous experience in B2B tech, SaaS, fintech, or insurtech is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience navigating enterprise procurement processes, security reviews, and commercial contract redlines.
• Based in Ireland, eligible to work full-time, and able to travel internationally (up to 50%).

• Commercial & Relationship Drive: Naturally build trust and know how to negotiate win-win partnerships with third-party tech vendors or enterprise clients.
• Proactive Deal Ownership: View legal, compliance, and procurement hurdles as operational puzzles to solve, taking personal accountability for moving agreements across the finish line.
• Exceptional Context-Switching: Lead a partner alignment call, evaluate contract terms, and refine internal workflows in the same afternoon without losing momentum.
