Role Description

As a Business Operation Trainee, you will be a part of our DTIT organization with a small but highly committed Business Assistance & Newskilling team. Beyond development program organization & support of our leadership team you can have a huge impact on shaping our processes and dashboards via turning your passion and creativity into innovative and sustainable solutions.

You can join our Business Assistance team where you will:

• Ensure the accurate administration of the events within the organization.
• Plan, develop and organize organizational & teambuilding events.
• Keep contact with external providers to gain the most appropriate offers for existing business needs.
• Keep up to date & follow up administration in regards of invoicing & billing documents.
• Support our Leadership Team based on our defined processes.

Qualifications

• Intermediate level of English is an advantage.
• Currently studying for a degree in finance or economics.
• At least 1 year remaining on your student status.
• Minimum of 20 hours’ work per week.
