Role Description

We're looking for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands American business culture, and is committed to delivering exceptional support while managing multiple priorities.

• Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and deal information.
• Track sales pipelines, reports, follow-ups, and key deadlines.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and business documentation.
• Prepare reports and support management with administrative tasks.
• Ensure all information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Liaise professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Keep projects and deals moving efficiently from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Business Brokerage, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Commercial Real Estate, Private Equity, or a similar industry.
• Very experienced using CRM systems, including pipeline management, reporting, task management, and follow-up.
• Comfortable working US business hours.
• Strong understanding of American business culture and professional communication.
• Previously worked with US clients.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Exceptional multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Honest, trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Highly dedicated, committed, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
• Stable internet connection, backup power, and a dedicated home office.
