[Hiring] BizTalk Server Customer Engineer @CNX

Role Description

As a BizTalk Server Customer Engineer, you act as a trusted technical advisor, architect, and problem solver for enterprise and government customers. You help customers design, deploy, operate, and optimize hybrid and cloud infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on BizTalk Server. This is an advisory role, combining architecture guidance, deep technical troubleshooting, and strategic consulting to help customers achieve resilient, secure, and well‑architected solutions on Azure.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in customer‑facing technical roles, such as:
• Systems architecture
• Infrastructure administration and operations
• Cloud and hybrid consulting
• Enterprise support and advanced troubleshooting
• Proven track record of:
• Planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing enterprise‑scale cloud and hybrid environments
• Supporting complex customer scenarios from design through production
• Strong experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture design, and technology management
• Understanding of Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy

Requirements

• Broad and deep knowledge of Azure infrastructure, with expert‑level focus on the following technologies:
• BizTalk Server
• Strong understanding and practical implementation experience with:
• Azure Well‑Architected Framework
• Cloud Adoption Framework
• Ability to translate framework guidance into real‑world, customer‑specific designs, particularly for hybrid, storage, and data‑protection workloads
• Well‑rounded understanding of Azure across:
• IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
• Integration with on‑premises and third‑party platforms
• Ability to position Azure capabilities within a broader IT and business context
