[Hiring] BIM Modeler / BIM Specialist – Utilities & Infrastructure @ENG

Role Description

Get paid while you level up your BIM career working on real projects. This is not your typical job. You’ll start working with us under a vendor-based engagement model, gaining real project experience from day one. If you perform well, you’ll have a clear path to transition into a full-time staff position at ENG.

What you'll do:

• Work on real Utilities and Infrastructure BIM projects.
• Support modeling, coordination, and site development activities using Revit, Civil 3D, and collaborative BIM workflows.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams delivering US-based engineering projects.
• Contribute to the development of utility systems and infrastructure environments outside of buildings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Utilities or Infrastructure projects (outside of buildings).
• Experience with Site Utilities, underground utilities, utility networks, or similar infrastructure systems.
• Experience on projects such as Data Centers, Treatment Plants, Campuses, Utility Networks, or comparable infrastructure environments.
• Proficiency with Revit and/or Civil 3D.
• Experience creating and managing Toposurfaces, site layouts, grading, or other site development elements.
• Experience working in collaborative BIM environments such as ACC, BIM 360, Shared Models, or similar platforms.
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher. Daily communication in English is required.
• Immediate availability.
• Own computer/laptop.

Requirements

• Experience supporting US-based projects.
• Experience with Navisworks.
• Experience coordinating multiple disciplines within BIM workflows.
• Experience working on LOD 300–350 project development.
