Role Description

We are looking for a BIM modeller to join our BIM team and work with our design team on various projects across APAC.

• Creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software.
• Regularly collaborating with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team.
• Ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements.
• Using the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase.
• Using BIM to support constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, and operations during the project’s lifecycle.
• Ensuring data integrity and consistency across different BIM models and disciplines.
• Staying current on updates and advancements in BIM technology.
• Supporting the design team on all BIM works.
• Demonstrating strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibiting time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Understanding technical drawings and plans.
• Possessing advanced math and computer skills.
• Showing creativity and artistic ability.

Qualifications

• An Engineering degree in civil or architectural engineering is preferred, or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong communication skills – written and oral (informal and presentation to board level).
