[Hiring] BIM Associate I @CloudKitchens

Role Description

We are looking for a BIM Associate I to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will support the design and modeling of architectural and engineering projects, focusing on:

• Creating and managing Onboarding permit drawings (light, permit, enterprise).
• Assisting with schematic design and tender package creation.
• Converting point clouds into Revit models and supporting with sales plans.
• Modeling Revit families and assisting in basic building systems coordination.
• Producing graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts.
• Providing testfit design support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Professional degree preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
• Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
