Role Description
Nous recrutons actuellement un chef d'équipe interne pour rejoindre notre équipe Edjuster travaillant à distance de chez vous au Canada.
- Le rôle du chef d'équipe - interne est d'aider et de fournir un soutien au superviseur interne en assurant et en maintenant le flux efficace du traitement des réclamations.
- Ce rôle nécessite des interactions fréquentes en anglais et nécessite la lecture et la préparation fréquentes de documents en anglais.
- Le taux horaire est de $24-26/hr.
Qualifications
- Expérience dans la gestion des réclamations de contenu.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Compétences en communication en anglais.
Requirements
- Interactions fréquentes en anglais.
- Lecture et préparation de documents en anglais.
