Position: Bilingual Russian Generalist Expert — AI Safety

Type: Contract

Compensation: $38–$42/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Russian across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.
• Evaluate and strengthen how AI models handle sensitive topics in Russian.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• Native or near-native fluency in Russian.
• Business-level written English.
• A Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.
• Preferred:
• Based in the wider Eastern Europe region or elsewhere that Russian is widely spoken.
• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
