[Hiring] Bilingual Housekeeping Operations Training Manager @MasterCorp, Inc.

Role Description

A Training Manager is responsible for assessing training needs, developing action plans, and supporting operations effectiveness at all site levels. This position focuses on:

• Diagnosing issues and enhancing managerial capabilities.
• Applying action-driven training solutions to elevate performance.
• Implementing newly developed training initiatives in partnership with the Learning and Development (L&D) team.
• Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on MasterCorp best practices.

This position reports to Resort Operations Divisional Leadership and functions as a strategic partner to field teams, contributing to broader organizational talent development and operational goals.

• 👉This is a frequent travel role - On average 50% of travel on a monthly basis (overnight & weekends).
• 👉Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, HR, or related field or equivalent relatable work experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in operations leadership, training management, or similar roles focused on enhancing site performance within the hospitality industry.

Requirements

• Skilled in conducting engaging and effective virtual and in-person facilitation sessions.
• Conversationally fluent in English and Spanish or Creole.
• Effective knowledge of adult learning principles, presentation skills, and demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Strong proven ability to diagnose training needs and develop tailored action plans in collaboration with site leaders.
• Ability to solve problems within scope of responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to self-manage schedule and time effectively and efficiently.
• Proficient in learning technologies, Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
