Role Description

The Golden Attorneys Law Firm is looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Bilingual English/Spanish Office Assistant to join our team remotely. This is a work-from-home position for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable handling a variety of office and administrative tasks.

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Respond to emails and messages
• Call clients and vendors to collect information
• Send emails and mail documents
• Conduct online research
• Prepare and organize documents
• Filing and administrative support
• Assist attorneys and office staff with daily office tasks
• Other general office work as assigned

Qualifications

• Must speak both English and Spanish fluently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional and respectful phone manner
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions
• Basic computer skills required
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, email, and online systems preferred
• Prior office or customer service experience is a plus

Requirements

• Position Type: Remote / Online
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: part-time or full-time (Florida Time)
• Hours Per Day: 4-8 hours
• Pay: $4 - $7 per hour
