Role Description

The Bilingual Dispatch Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting drivers, customers, and field operations during overnight & daytime shifts. This position requires someone who can remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions in fast-paced situations, and provide exceptional customer service while coordinating logistics. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into future leadership opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch Operations:
  • Coordinate drivers and dispatch activities for oilfield transportation operations.
  • Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure timely driver assignments.
  • Assist drivers with routing, ticket issues, and operational challenges.
  • Help drivers safely reach job sites across multiple U.S. states.
• Customer & Driver Support:
  • Answer inbound phone calls from drivers, customers, consultants, and field personnel.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Logistics & Administrative Support:
  • Review and audit dispatch tickets for billing accuracy.
  • Perform safety and weather checks before dispatching drivers.
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM and dispatch software.
  • Utilize Google Workspace and internal systems to manage daily operations.
• Problem Solving & Decision Making:
  • Identify operational issues and make informed decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and continuously seek process improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English with a neutral or near-neutral accent.
• Fluent Spanish communication skills.
• Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, transportation, or customer service.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Ability to work and learn multiple software platforms across different clients.
• Experience using CRM platforms or similar business systems.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts (initial schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM Central Time, including a one-hour lunch break).
• Reliable & redundant backup internet connection and a quiet home office.

Requirements

• Previous dispatch or trucking industry experience.
• Experience supporting transportation or oil & gas operations.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and ticket management systems.
• Sales or business development experience is a plus for future growth opportunities.
• Experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams.
