[Hiring] Behavioral Health Staffing Coordinator @BJC HealthCare

Role Description

Responsible for coordinating the allocation of staffing activities within the department. May perform other departmental support duties, including payroll functions.

• Full time - 40 hours a week
• Monday through Friday - 8 am to 4:30 pm
• Benefit Eligible
• Providing clerical support to leaders
• Scheduling clients within the Child and Family Services division for Behavioral Health
• Assisting with scheduling conflicts for case managers
• Work from home position

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: <2 years
• Supervisor Experience: No Experience

Requirements

• Allocates permanent and temporary staff to provide daily staffing coverage.
• Evaluates staffing levels and skill mix, and quantity needed to provide appropriate coverage.
• Assists with front nursing office and administration duties as needed.
• Reviews and approves departmental time tracking for payroll purposes.
