Role Description

This role utilizes analytical skills to create a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims leading to the proper disposition. National General is seeking an Auto Damage Estimator responsible for writing accurate and timely auto repair estimates while delivering a high-quality service. This role requires strong time management skills, proficiency in CCC ONE estimating software, and keen attention to detail. Preferred candidates are located in Eastern or Central time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Builds established relationships with both internal and external customers
• Exhibits proficient estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses
• Processes a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the file within escalated authority limits

Compensation

• Field Adjuster Analyst III: $21.20 - $34.69/hour
• Field Adjuster Cons I: $26.49 – $37.50/hour
• Field Adjuster Cons II: $28.03 – $39.42/hour
