[Hiring] Audio Content Manager @Social Discovery Group

Role Description

We are looking for an Audio & Video Content Manager (Russian speaking) to join our team ensuring a sufficient volume of high-quality audio and video content for the service.

• Own the production and publishing pipeline for audio content, ensuring the required content volume in the service.
• Independently set quantitative content-volume targets and a plan to reach them and track actuals vs. plan on short cycles (every 2-3 days); if the plan is off track, immediately diagnose the cause and launch extra tasks to close the gap.
• Independently identify financial growth areas for the service (higher content volume and conversion of freemiums into paying users, new content sources/formats, monetization) and propose concrete ways to achieve them to management.
• Analyze content metrics (volume, quality, conversion, retention) and prepare reporting/dashboards.
• Coordinate with Product, Production, and AI/Tech teams to deliver initiatives.
• Test and roll out AI tools to speed up content production and processing.
• Ensure content complies with service guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• English B2+, Russian C1+
• Spanish / Chinese - nice to have
• Experience: 2-4+ years managing content (video/audio production, content operations) in the dating/social/media industry.
• Experience working with content metrics and conversion funnels; track record of independently setting and hitting quantitative KPIs.
• Experience working with Google Sheets / Excel (basic formulas, data analysis).
• Basic understanding of video/audio production.
• Experience with AI tools for content generation/processing.
• Bitrix CRM (nice to have).
• Strong communication skills (ability to build and maintain partner relationships).
• Proactive mindset – ability to take initiative and drive results independently.
• Ownership – takes responsibility for performance and outcomes.
• Problem-solving skills – able to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Adaptability – comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail while managing multiple partners and tasks.
