• Keeping multiple pages together under the team's procedure.
• Noting duplicates or uncertain file types for review.
• Asking for clearer copies when the approved process calls for it.
• Recording the completed filing step and any missing items.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or office administration work is a plus, but not a condition.
• Comfortable navigating folders and comparing documents with forms.
• Able to write short notes when a label cannot be verified.
