Role Description
Atlassian Systems Administrator responsible for supporting a new system implementation.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of IT/Systems experience
- 2+ years of Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) system architecture and administration (ACP-SA Certification is desired)
- Deep hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and others)
- Strong communication, planning, and organization skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Requirements
- Atlassian certifications (nice to have)
- Experience with add-ons: Tempo, Plans (nice to have)
- Experience with API integrations to other systems such as SNOW, and Tricentis testing suite (nice to have)
