• Proven expertise in business strategy, organizational design, facilities/capital planning, budget development, and departmental governance.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to advise and influence Athletic Directors, university leadership, and boards.
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of senior athletics administration experience, including COO, Deputy AD, or equivalent senior operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Prior consulting experience, particularly in higher education or athletics.
