Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support, customer service, vendor management, compliance support, or a related field
• Experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform
• Experience working in a growth-oriented environment, preferably within a business-to-business (B2B) services organization
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate unresolved issues appropriately
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the client's software and other applications used to document and deliver vendor due diligence services.
• Build a general understanding of privacy and risk management regulations applicable to financial institutions, including due diligence documentation requirements for service provider compliance and ongoing monitoring.
• Partner closely with client managers and risk analysts to support client deliverables and team objectives.
• Develop a working knowledge of the roles, responsibilities, and functions of client managers and risk analysts.
• Build proficiency in all foundational Associate Vendor Coordinator tasks and processes.
• Contribute to team success through administrative, compliance, and vendor due diligence support as needed.
