Role Description
- Processing of Centralized Accounts Management Unit (CAM) activities to ensure that Policies, Procedures and delivery standards are met, reflecting in satisfactory Audit Rating and acceptable level of customer satisfaction.
- Review account opening forms and other relevant documents to set up/maintenance of PVT/SME customers.
- Review, verify and process customer requests for Online banking products and services through internet and Mobile phone to protect bank risk and ensure error-free set up.
- Activate and process all types of accounts and Online banking products and services efficiently to provide value-added services and support to marketing and sales teams.
- Adherence to the defined SLA and Productivity, processing cases with 99% accuracy and ensuring nil escalations.
