[Hiring] Associate Producer @Tongal

Role Description

This role involves assisting with a variety of projects spanning from short-form video content to broadcast TV commercials, from animation to live action, graphic design, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Support the senior production staff in managing day-to-day operations and workflows for video production and other content creation.
• Assist in the coordination of production schedules, timelines, and meetings for various projects.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the creative community (e.g. directors, producers, animators, editors, designers, etc.) to ensure clear communication and expectations.
• Collaborate with the Production team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas that align with client objectives.
• Participate in video and design post-production processes, including reviewing edits and providing creative feedback.
• Help craft project challenge briefs to translate a client’s key advertising objectives into engaging community-facing briefs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in production, project management, or a similar role within the marketing/advertising/entertainment industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience working and delivering to multiple stakeholders from internal and external teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Strong interest in content development (digital and linear), production, and digital proficiency across social media and advertising platforms, including YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc.
• Ability to think from both the brand/marketer’s perspective and from the creator’s perspective.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity in storytelling and content production.

• Ability to communicate notes to filmmakers in a language they will understand.
