Role Description

Assists with system upgrades, evaluates, and performs basic system configurations.

• Monitors and manages system resources, including utilization, backup systems, and response times to maintain operating efficiency.
• Monitors systems to ensure system stability and maintains system documentation and logs.
• Gains familiarity with operations and administration of infrastructure resources with oversight from senior resources.
• Assists with hardware and software operations and maintenance support.
• Performs basic system backups and recovery.
• Participates in disaster/system recovery testing, when applicable.
• Develops knowledge base information, documents problems and resolutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• 0-2 years relevant work experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
