Our Enterprise Applications team enables Akamai teams to deliver excellent support for Marketing and Web Content Development. Operating globally, the team collaborates across departments to optimize and automate workflows. By establishing a unified enterprise application framework, the team significantly contributes to Akamai's growth and achieves substantial cost savings.

As an Associate Business Systems Analyst, you'll work in a global environment and contribute to enterprise application integrations. You will own the responsibilities of business analysis end to end. You'll come up with innovative solutions for business problems and coordinate with development teams to implement them.

As an Associate Business Systems Analyst Senior, you will be responsible for:

• Gaining thorough knowledge of Sales and Channels or Partners processes and functionalities for effective operational performance.
• Fostering partnerships with internal stakeholders, understanding needs, collaborating on solutions, and facilitating requirement analysis, prioritization, communication, and validation for organizational improvements.
• Analyzing business challenges and opportunities to recommend solutions that align with requirements and help the organization achieve objectives.
• Ensuring accurate functional requirements are created and clearly presented to management and stakeholders for effective understanding and decision-making.
• Collaborating with developers, architects, managers, and business teams to ensure on-time delivery of quality solutions meeting specified business needs.
• Adapting swiftly, excelling in dynamic environments, mastering processes, leveraging technologies, and proactively completing tasks with dedication and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 Years of relevant experience and a Bachelor/Master's Degree.
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in BA roles focused on ERP or CRM systems implementation and support.
• Experience in Agile software development and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and others.
• Good knowledge of SDLC, business processes, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Opportunity Management, Account Management, Lead Management, etc. in CRM Systems.
• Salesforce.com expertise to establish processes supporting Sales and Channels Business Groups operations effectively and efficiently.
