[Hiring] Associate Application Support Specialist @Hyland

Role Description

The Associate Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to internal business users on issues related to line of business systems. In this role, you'll be a key advocate for the people you support — ensuring issues are resolved efficiently, communication is clear, and internal systems run smoothly.

• Respond to internal business user requests for assistance pertaining to internal business systems
• Advocate for the end user by providing regular, proactive communication to requestors, keeping them fully informed on the progress of their requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using company systems, utilities, and support processes, collaborating with team members as needed
• Implement platform configuration changes in line of business systems to fulfill business requests
• Test all platform configuration changes to verify they meet business needs and perform as expected
• Safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of internal systems and data by adhering to company security protocols

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience supporting applications
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage others with professionalism, discretion, and tact
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality

Requirements

• Experience composing technical documentation to capture request resolution activity
• Ability to identify software irregularities and performance issues and escalate appropriately
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally with minimal direction
