[Hiring] Assistant Manager, Hosted Services @KLDiscovery

Role Description

KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking an Assistant Manager, Hosted Services, for an exciting new opportunity. Under the direction of a Hosting Director, the Assistant Hosting Manager will provide direct management of a project management team.

• Responsible for oversight, leadership, and development of team members, including Senior Litigation Data Analysts, Technical Project Managers, and Hosting Team Leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients supported by the team.
• Partner with internal support and development organizations to ensure comprehensive and efficient service delivery.
• Provide direct project level support including consultation, escalation point, and load-balancing during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hosting quality as the highest priority for the Hosting team.
• Initiate proactive coaching opportunities for PM team members.
• Ensure Hosting team members are well supported, serving as an escalation point.
• Conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for employee growth.
• Assign projects to team members and monitor PM utilization and work allocation.
• Coordinate case coverage when Project Managers are out of the office.
• Develop and strengthen internal processes and workflows with PM and OPS management.
• Collaborate on organization-wide initiatives with a focus on customer service.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively with clients and all levels of the organization.
• Motivate others to perform efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Possess extensive knowledge of project management principles and ESI management.
• Handle additional special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5 plus years of experience in litigation support, legal practice, or related eDiscovery industry.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate key leadership traits, integrity, accountability, and respect.
