[Hiring] Assistant Facility Security Officer @Patriot Enterprises LLC

Role Description

Patriot Enterprises LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Facility Security Officer (Assistant FSO) to support the company's security program. The Assistant FSO will work closely with the FSO to ensure compliance with U.S. Government security requirements, including the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of classified and sensitive information while supporting contract execution and personnel security processes.

• Assist the FSO in administering the company's industrial security program and classified contract requirements.
• Assist the FSO in processing low-level security requirements for unclassified billets.
• Process and maintain personnel security clearances in systems such as DISS and NBIS.
• Maintain accurate security records and training logs.
• Assist with self-inspections, audits, and preparation for DCSA assessments.
• Ensure compliance with insider threat, OPSEC, and information security programs.
• Collaborate with HR, recruiting, and program managers to ensure timely clearance processing.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial security regulations.
• Experience working with DISS or related security systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in an Assistant FSO or security specialist role (preferred).
• Experience supporting government contracts and cleared personnel (preferred).
• Familiarity with related DISS and NBIS (preferred).
• Prior or current security clearance a plus (preferred).
