[Hiring] Appraisal Assistant @JVM Lending

Role Description

JVM Lending, a leading U.S.-based mortgage company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Appraisal Assistant to support our appraisal and underwriting operations. In this role, you will manage appraisal-related workflows, assist with underwriting conditions, and ensure timely coordination of valuation and reporting tasks.

• Manage and monitor the Appraisal Inbox, ensuring timely response and organization of requests
• Provide back-end support for appraisal-related processes
• Handle underwriting conditions and revision requests
• Order final inspections, AVMs, and CDAs as needed
• Update ENC and SFDC systems accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare marketing pulls and related data requests
• Support shortfall appraisals, including:
  • Pulling comparable sales (comps)
  • Preparing Reconsideration of Value (ROV) requests
  • Drafting coaching email templates based on appraisal review feedback

Qualifications

• Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in mortgage, appraisal, underwriting, or real estate support is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM or mortgage systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) is preferred

Tentative Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Monday to Friday
