Role Description

Maintain the integrity and quality of accounts through processing requests for:

• Name changes
• Address changes
• Statement changes
• Charging off accounts
• Other miscellaneous updates provided from the Offices and the Post Office

Process maintenance requests for:

• DDA
• Time Deposits
• Loans
• Safe Box

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in Accounting or related field is preferred
• Above average analytical ability
• Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills
• Proficient analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills

Requirements

• Ability to comply with established budgets and operate within budgetary constraints
• May be eligible for Telecommuting
