[Hiring] Ambassador & Affiliate Manager @Queen of The Thrones

Role Description

You run our ambassador and affiliate community day to day — who gets in, how they're tiered, how they're taught, how they're celebrated, and how much revenue they drive. Important: this is an operator role, not a blank page. Our Founder and Chief Growth Officer set the strategy, the tier structure, the education curriculum and the campaign calendar. You take that framework, run it consistently, train the ambassadors inside it, and bring us the judgment calls. You'll be given a system and a playbook — we need someone who executes it beautifully, week after week, and tells us honestly what's working and what isn't. This is a community-building job wearing a revenue hat. You'll be measured on ambassador-attributed sales, but you'll get there by making people feel seen, educated and excited to talk about us.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in affiliate, ambassador, influencer, creator or community management — ideally in wellness, supplements, beauty or CPG
• Reliable, consistent execution. The single most important quality.
• Comfortable in affiliate/referral platforms, TikTok Shop, and email/community tools
• A natural community host: you like people, you remember details about them, and you're good on camera and on a live call
• Organized enough to hold a tier system, a content calendar and a retreat at once without dropping threads
• Coachable and communicative. You'll be trained on our system and you'll come to weekly check-ins with questions, numbers and honest flags rather than guessing
• Able to delegate cleanly — you'll have support, and using it well is part of the job
• Genuinely interested in natural health and ritual. You don't have to be a practitioner, but you do have to care
• Nice to have: health or nutrition credentials, existing practitioner network, event experience, second language.

Requirements

• Review, approve and onboard applicants against the brand-fit criteria we give you
• Manage sample/seeding requests: who gets what, when, and what we expect back
• Run our tiered structure (entry → mid → top tier): track who qualifies for promotion, deliver the rewards at each level, keep the records clean
• Know the roster cold. You should be able to name our top 20% from memory and tell us what each of them needs next
• Execute our competitions, challenges, giveaways and seasonal pushes: we approve the concepts, you make them happen
• Spot the rising stars early, flag them to us, and give them a reason to go all in
• Own our affiliate platform end to end: who is in it, what code they hold, what tier they are on, what they are owed
• Consolidate ambassador and creator codes into a single system
• Keep the codes clean going forward: no duplicates, no orphans, nothing issued outside the system
• Own payouts, and make sure they reconcile to finance every month without anyone chasing you
• Flag attribution gaps the moment you find them rather than working around them
• Own every message that reaches an ambassador: onboarding, education invitations, promotions, milestones, newsletters and one-to-one outreach
• Consolidate what currently goes out from several tools and several people into a single stream
• Keep the gamified email and community communications moving: leaderboards, streaks, milestones, unlockable perks
• Drive attendance at our live sessions — invitations, reminders, follow-up with the people who missed, replays to the ones who could not make it
• Segment properly. A top-tier ambassador and a first-week signup should never receive the same email
• Run our biweekly live education sessions: scheduling, invitations, hosting, slides, replays, follow-up
• Deliver training built on our clinical and ritual curriculum
• Keep the group community alive between sessions — answer questions, surface wins, keep the room warm
• Run our sourcing process to find, vet and pitch influencers and affiliates
• Own the day-to-day outreach, using our approved pitch and sequences
• Prioritize health practitioners, naturopathic doctors and functional medicine providers
• Research and maintain a pipeline of associations, conferences and professional communities
• Flag speaking and sponsorship opportunities for our Founder
• Act as our internal point of contact for the TikTok Shop creator agency
• Run it consistently, then make it better
• Coordinate our annual ambassador retreat: guest list, invitations, communications, agenda logistics and on-site support
