Role Description
This role involves providing operational services for Bulk Supply Chain execution solutions (ALTO).
- Support industrial operations across the complete value chain
- Assist users with contractual commitments of the use of solutions
- Provide Level 2 support services for off-the-shelf / custom solutions related to ALTO
- Update incidents and communicate progress to customers
- Examine the cause of incidents and establish a diagnosis
- Provide temporary solutions when permanent solutions are not possible

Identify possible solutions, including:
- Verifying physical layer issues
- Resolving username and password problems
- Uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications
- Verification of proper hardware and software setup
- Assistance with navigating application menus
- Escalate complex issues to L3 support / 3rd party providers
- Participate in 24/7 application support coverage
- Implement and monitor action plans for continuous improvement of the service
- Set up and monitor key activities of the solution to improve operational performance
- Propose solutions to increase reliability and quality of applications
- Participate in updating application documentation linked to support activities
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information systems
- 2 years as an application/system support
- Relevant experience in testing, troubleshooting, and systems support activities
- Good knowledge of SQL database systems or any Relational Database
- Good knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, PL/SQL, TSQL)
- Customer oriented with good communication skills
- Hungry and keen to learn with a positive attitude
- Sense of leadership and ability to work in a team
- Good analytical skills
- Willingness to be on a 24/7 on-call rotation
- English mandatory (C1 or higher equivalent level)
Requirements
- Experience in smart mobility devices; troubleshooting and management
- Experience with Google tools (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google+)
- Experience in smart integration on mobile devices
- Good knowledge of network architecture/configuration
- Familiarity with cloud hosting, maintenance, and management, especially on AWS ecosystem
- French oral and/or written skills
